Rooibos Vanilla Spice
Rooibos is an African herb used as a flavouring agent in various recipes and the brewing process for the popular native drink called Red Bush Tea is similar to tea. Rooibos is slightly sweet and gives off the heady scent of first rain falling on the parched earth. Vanilla is one of the most popular and expensive flavouring agents in the world, loved for the unique taste it imparts, and is derived from a family of orchids of Mexican origin.
