Easy Steps for Brewing the Tea

Heat Water in Pan for 2 Minutes

The temperature should be around 95°C – 100°C

Put the tea bag in a cup & Pour hot water

Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes


This tea is completely oxidised and when boiled with water, gives the familiar reddish-brown liquid with a nutty aroma and malty flavour. It is typically consumed with milk and sugar, flavoured with ginger and/or cardamom.

Assam CTC – Brewing Method

Steeping method for each flavour is unique, and essential for preparing the perfect cup of tea. Follow these steps to get the perfect flavour of Assam CTC Tea!

1. Boil water in a pan or an electric kettle. Add ginger or cardamom to the water if you like.

2. Steep the tea bag in the cup with boiling hot water for about 3 to 5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.

3. Cover the cup to keep the drink hot & aroma intact.

4. Add milk, stir in some sugar or sweetener, and the perennial Indian favourite is ready to be savoured!
