How does Sublime House Of Tea deliver?

We, at Sublime House Of Tea, aim to deliver the products to you in excellent condition with the help of our logistics partner. Products are dispatched from our warehouse and specially packaged to ensure fresh and seamless delivery while keeping the packaging ecofriendly and reusable.

When does Sublime House Of Tea deliver?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 8pm would be delivered within three to four days. If an order is placed on the weekend, then it will be delivered within three to four days in the following week. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, disruptions in delivery could occur and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

How do I place an order for bulk gifting?

For bulk gifting, kindly fill out the corporate gifting form on the website and our team will get in touch with you within 48 hours.

When will I receive my order?

Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be notified on your registered email address and mobile number.

What if I am not at home to receive my order?

In case of non-availability at your residence, our customer care will try reaching you on the registered mobile number. The order will accordingly be rescheduled only after getting a confirmation from your end.

Can I change my order once my order has been placed?

To change your order, you would have to cancel it prior to it being dispatched from our warehouse. You can send us an e-mail on medha@sublimehouseoftea.com with the following details: date of order, order number and reason for cancellation. Our customer service agent will assist you through the process of cancelling your order. After this, you may place a fresh order. However, after products have been dispatched, changing, cancelling or refunding will not be possible.

Can I place multiple orders at same time?

Yes, you can place multiple orders. However, order packing and deliveries will be as per each order placed.

Yes, you can place multiple orders with different delivery addresses.

How can I place corporate / bulk /gifting orders?

For bulk gifting, kindly fill out the enquiry form on the website and our team will get in touch with you within 48 hours.

Can you customise corporate/bulk orders?

Yes. We offer a variety of customisations; please fill out the enquiry form to express your interest and we will get in touch with you.

What if the products ordered by me are out of stock?

The system has been built to only allow sale of items that are in stock. An order cannot be placed for ‘Out of Stock’ products. However, in the rare scenario that an order is placed for something that is out of stock, we will cancel the order and initiate a full refund. If you wish to order an item that is out of stock, you can hit the Notify Me button and you’ll get a notification when it is back in stock.

What if I receive the wrong / tampered / damaged product?

Please verify your purchase at the time of delivery. In case of any discrepancy noticed later please write to medha@sublimehouseoftea.com and we will be sure to assist you with the best outcome.

What if I didn’t like the quality of the products delivered to me?

Products once delivered, cannot be returned / exchanged /replaced as we deal in perishable items. We only replace products or provide a refund if they are damaged in transit.

Is there a minimum order value for delivery?

The minimum value for free delivery is Rs.500.

Are there any delivery charges?

We charge a flat rate fee of ₹50 for all orders as we ensure to provide the right delivery solutions to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

No, We don’t accept Cash on Delivery.

Is it safe to use my credit / debit card on Sublime House Of Tea?

Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card on sublimehouseoftea.com. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer. Needless to say, all electronic payment information is kept strictly confidential.

How do I know the payment status?

If the payment has been successfully received by us, you will receive an order confirmation communication on the website and also via email.

What do I do if my card has been charged but I have not received an order confirmation?

Please reach out to us at medha@sublimehouseoftea.com. We recommend that you keep details such as: a screen shot/first six and last four digits of card number/card holder name & transaction amount handy.

Do I get an invoice of my order?

Yes, You will receive an invoice on delivery of your order.

Will I be compensated in case of an order delay?

Sorry, we will not be able to compensate for any delays in order delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, it would have to be cancelled prior to it being dispatched from our warehouse. You can send us an e-mail on marketing@sublimehouseoftea.com with the details like, date of order, order number and reason for cancellation. One of our customer service executives will assist you through the process of cancelling your order. We will initiate the refund thereafter. This cannot be done once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Are there any order cancellation / refund charges?

No, we do not have any additional charges for cancellation. The amount charged against your product purchased will fully be reimbursed.

When & how will I get my refund in case of cancellation?

The amount will be refunded /reimbursed to the same credit or debit card that was used to transact with. The refund will be credited to your account within 10-14 business working days, as per the standard banking procedure.
